Working pattern:37.5 Hours/Week
We are looking for a motivated and experienced person who can work as part of the scrub theatre team and who is committed to delivering a high standard of care.
You will have a minimum of three years post qualification of which two years post-qualification experience will be in theatres. Experience of managing a theatre in the absence of the team leader. You will be ODP / RGN qualified with ENB 998 / TICS as essential criteria. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure and have evidence of continuing professional development. A degree, diploma, management qualification and ALS are desirable criteria.
You will have proven leadership skills and be able to prioritise and meet deadlines, organise work of self and others.
