The post holder will be required to work as a competent member of the Cardiothoracic Theatre team, performing a wide range of duties in the anaesthetic areas.
They will be responsible for assessing care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care. They will develop and maintain good unit management and organisational skills and assist with the provision of an environment conducive to the education of staff. Duties also to include the cleaning, maintenance and safe handling of equipment.
